General conditions for the participants of Language Courses at the Sprachbörse in Munich

1. Payment conditions

1.1.A down payment of Euro 100,- for the course is to be transferred to: Bank: Stadtsparkasse D-80639 München, Winthirstr. 2, Account: 1000 392421 Bank Code (BLZ): 701 500 00 IBAN: DE 96701500001000392421 BIC / SWIFT: SSKMDEMM Please do not forget to fill in the name of the participant as well as all data of the course.

1.2. The rest of the coursefee is to be paid at least 2 weeks before the start of the course. Should the full payment not be received on time, the participant loses his right to take part in the booked course.

1.3. The Sprachbörse keeps the right to the payment of the course fee in this case.

2. Cancellation and Delay

2.1. Should the participant not be able to take part in the booked course, following rules apply:

2.1.1. By cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the course we will invoice a processing fee of € 100. - (if visa confirmation was sent - € 150,-)

2.1.2. By cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the course we will invoice the course fee of the first 4 weeks.

2.1.3. A participant who fails to attend or withdraws from a course is not entitled to a refund.

2.2. With delay of the booked course start by participant (latest two weeks before the original start of the course) to a later time we will invoice a processing fee of € 60,-.

2.3. We recommend insurance for reimbursement of travelling expenses.

3. Timetable / Holidays / Seasonal Surcharge

3.1. Should the number of participants drop below the minimum level (6), we may shorten the course by one lesson (45 minutes) per day.

3.2. No course will be offered during official national holidays, nor will it be replaced at another time.

3.3. Seasonal surcharge of € 25,- per week applies for courses during the months June, July and August.

4. Disclaimer

4.1. This contract is made legal in respect to German Law and its jurisdiction. All rules and regulations apply.

4.2. In any legal dispute, you agree that the laws of Germany, as applied in the courts of Munich, are applicable (Gerichtsstand Munich).
